Western Hutning Data offers up to date, exclusive elk and deer hunting and population statistics for Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming. You may know that White River elk and deer herds are the largest in the state of Colorado, but did you know there are areas where more elk or deer exist per square mile? The Colorado Division of Wildlife doesn't publish those data, but we do.
We at Western Hunting Data also provide you with hunter density, bulls/bucks per hunter, and trophy potential based on the percent of bulls and bucks killed in each data analysis unit (DAU). You won’t need to sort through data to find the good spots because we’ve ranked them for you! Our rankings are based on a combination of success rates, hunting pressure, and trophy potential to take the guess work out of picking a hunting unit.
